All transactions are in Philippine Peso (PHP). GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and other approved methods only. No third-party payments accepted.

By registering an Account on the 9piso Platform, accessing any game or feature, or making a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the 9piso Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account or continue to use the 9piso Platform. 9piso reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 9piso. By ticking the registration acceptance checkbox, you confirm you are at least 21 years old and accept all terms herein.
Use of the 9piso Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:
9piso reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified as meeting the 21+ requirement will be suspended and any winnings accrued may be forfeited.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the 9piso Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, a different name, or using a family member's details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of all balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number (+63 format). Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable Philippine law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9piso Account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. 9piso will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
All 9piso Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 9piso does not accept foreign-currency deposits, and all winnings and withdrawals are processed in PHP.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines, 9piso conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts before withdrawals can be processed.
Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, Passport, Postal ID, and PRC ID. You may also be asked to provide proof of address and, in certain circumstances, a selfie holding your ID.
KYC verification is typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours. Accounts that fail verification or where documents cannot be authenticated will be suspended. 9piso is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
9piso accepts deposits exclusively through approved payment channels including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. This list may be updated from time to time. The minimum deposit is ₱100 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfer methods.
Withdrawals from your 9piso Account are subject to successful KYC verification being completed on your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account held in your own name — the same name as your verified 9piso Account.
9piso may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which are published alongside the promotion.
9piso employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies specifically targeting bonus terms, and the use of multiple accounts. Where abuse is detected, 9piso reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, suspend accounts, and pursue recovery of any amounts improperly obtained.
All games available on the 9piso Platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and the applicable game rules. 9piso publishes the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all slot and table games in the game information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, or game client failures — 9piso's system records are the definitive record of all game outcomes and transactions. If a game outcome cannot be determined due to a technical failure, the game round may be cancelled and any stake returned to the Player's wallet. No winnings are paid on void or cancelled game rounds.
For live dealer games, the rules of the physical game as conducted by the dealer take precedence over any on-screen display error. Players who exploit software bugs or display errors to generate winnings beyond what the rules permit will have those winnings voided.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 9piso Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

9piso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a Player has breached these Terms; a Player has provided false information; suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected; a Player is suspected of being under 21 years of age; or where required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.
Upon termination for cause, 9piso may withhold any pending withdrawals and void any bonus balances pending investigation. Real money balances confirmed as legitimately earned may be returned to the Player following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.
Players may voluntarily close their Accounts at any time by contacting 9piso's live chat support. Any verified real money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days of Account closure, subject to standard KYC requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9piso's total liability to any Player arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9piso is not liable for: losses arising from technical malfunctions outside of 9piso's reasonable control; losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials; indirect, consequential, or economic losses; or losses arising from a Player's use of the Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 9piso's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by 9piso's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
All content on the 9piso Platform — including but not limited to the 9piso brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 9piso or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. No content from the 9piso Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 9piso.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute or claim arising under these Terms.
9piso operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Any unresolved complaint may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
9piso reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 9piso will provide notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 9piso Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Section 12.
